We’ll be taking a break for dinner and meeting up at Popstar Karaoke at 7 PM for another round of shenanigans. We’ve got the big room booked for two hours so everyone will have time to shine!

JETAA Ottawa will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 14, 2019! As a volunteer-based registered not-for-profit organisation, JETAA Ottawa will soon be looking for new and excited individuals to help run the chapter. The AGM is where JETAA members vote for the next year’s Executive Committee as well as reminisce on the past year’s events while creating new memories in a Bounenkai vibe!

Join our second Nihongo Dake (Japanese Only) Dinner of the year! Seeing the success of the last dinner, we invite you once again to join the group, enjoy a meal, and do your very best to only speak Japanese. All levels were welcome, from beginner to native.

This session will be run by Jillian, Nayoro-shi ALT from 2007-2008. Since returning from Japan, Jillian has applied to thousands of jobs and has successfully been hired at the University of Calgary, Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology, the Canadian Museum of Nature, CIHR and most recently employed by the University of Ottawa.
